Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1/2 lb cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1/2 lb lump crab meat
  • 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the chopped shrimp, lump crab meat, red bell pepper, red onion, cilantro, mayonnaise, and lime juice. Season with salt and pepper, and mix well.
  2. Cut the avocados in half and remove the pits. Scoop out a little bit of the flesh from each avocado half to create a larger cavity.
  3. Fill each avocado half with the seafood mixture, mounding it on top.
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
