Seashell Scampi

Ingredients

  • 1 pound seashell pasta
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the seashell pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
