Seaweed Salad With Sesame Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup dried wakame seaweed
  • 1/4 cup dried hijiki seaweed
  • 1/4 cup dried arame seaweed
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Soak the wakame, hijiki, and arame seaweed in separate bowls of water for 10 minutes, then drain.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, grated ginger, and sesame seeds to make the dressing.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the soaked seaweed and sliced green onions.
  4. Pour the dressing over the seaweed and toss to coat evenly.
