Ingredients
- 1 cup dried seaweed
- 1 pound fresh seafood (such as shrimp, scallops, or fish)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Soak the dried seaweed in water for 10 minutes, then drain and set aside.
- In a large pan, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
- Add the fresh seafood to the pan and cook until it's almost done.
- Stir in the soaked seaweed, soy sauce, and chopped green onions. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, or until the seafood is fully cooked.
- Season with salt and pepper, then sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
