Seaweed Sensation

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dried seaweed
  • 1 pound fresh seafood (such as shrimp, scallops, or fish)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Soak the dried seaweed in water for 10 minutes, then drain and set aside.
