Ingredients
- 500g Secreto Ibérico
- 2 quinces, peeled and diced

Instructions
- Season the Secreto Ibérico with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Sear the Secreto Ibérico for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove the pork from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add the diced quince and honey.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the quince is soft and the mixture has thickened into a glaze.
- Return the Secreto Ibérico to the pan and coat it with the quince glaze.
- Slice the Secreto Ibérico and serve with the quince glaze on top.
