Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh Amazonian fish fillets
- 2 tbsp Amazonian fruit puree

Instructions
- Preheat a non-stick pan over medium heat.

- Heat the olive oil in the pan and sear the fish fillets for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Add the exotic vegetable medley to the pan and sauté for 5 minutes.
- Pour in the coconut milk, Amazonian fruit puree, and the remaining Amazonian spice blend. Simmer for 10 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Serve the fish fillets on a bed of the vegetable medley and drizzle with the aromatic sauce.
