Ingredients
- 500g ground beef
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 green chilies, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh coriander, chopped
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp gram flour
- 2 tbsp oil
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, onion, green chilies, fresh coriander, ginger paste, garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, garam masala, salt, and gram flour.
- Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into long, cylindrical kababs around skewers.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the kababs for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are evenly browned and cooked through.
- Remove the kababs from the skewers and serve hot with mint chutney and naan.
