Ingredients
- 4 beef tongues, sliced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp sugar

- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, sake, mirin, sugar, grated ginger, and minced garlic to make the marinade.
- Season the beef tongue slices with salt and pepper.
- Place the beef tongue slices in the marinade and let them sit for 10 minutes.
