Ingredients
- 8 oz soba noodles
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup sliced cucumber
- 1/4 cup chopped scallions
- 1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
