Ingredients

- 3 tablespoons sesame oil
- 4 slices ginger

- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 cup water

Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a wok or large skillet over medium heat.

- Add chicken pieces and cook until they are no longer pink on the outside.
- Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, and sugar.
- Pour in water and bring to a boil. Then reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 30 minutes or until chicken is tender.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
