Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce

Instructions

  2. Add ginger and garlic, and stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. Add chicken pieces and cook until they are no longer pink on the outside.
  4. Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, and sugar.
  5. Pour in water and bring to a boil. Then reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 30 minutes or until chicken is tender.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
