Ingredients

  • 1 block of firm tofu, drained and cut into cubes
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and cornstarch. Set aside.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the tofu cubes and cook until golden brown on all sides. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the garlic, ginger, and green onions. Cook for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Return the tofu to the skillet and pour the sauce over the tofu. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring gently to coat the tofu with the sauce.
  5. Remove from heat and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve hot.
