Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Prepare the maize meal according to package instructions and let it cool.
  2. Mix the cooked spinach, onion, and grated cheese in a bowl.
  3. Take a portion of the maize meal and flatten it in your palm.
  4. Place a spoonful of the spinach and cheese mixture in the center of the maize meal.
  5. Wrap the maize meal around the filling to form a roll.
  6. Repeat with the remaining maize meal and filling.
  7. Steam the stuffed rolls for 20 minutes.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
