Ingredients
- 2 cups maize meal
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup cooked spinach
- 1 cup grated cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the maize meal according to package instructions and let it cool.
- Mix the cooked spinach, onion, and grated cheese in a bowl.
- Take a portion of the maize meal and flatten it in your palm.
- Place a spoonful of the spinach and cheese mixture in the center of the maize meal.
- Wrap the maize meal around the filling to form a roll.
- Repeat with the remaining maize meal and filling.
- Steam the stuffed rolls for 20 minutes.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
