Ingredients
- 2 lbs beef chuck roast
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Place the beef chuck roast, chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and paprika in a large pot.
- Add enough water to cover the meat.

- Remove the beef from the pot and shred it using two forks.
