Ingredients

  • 2 lbs beef chuck roast
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • 12 small slider buns

Instructions

  1. Place the beef chuck roast, chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and paprika in a large pot.

  4. Remove the beef from the pot and shred it using two forks.
