Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp curry powder
  • 1 can (14 oz) coconut milk

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, and red chili. Cook until the onion is soft and translucent.
