Seychelles-style Seafood Pizza

Ingredients
- 1 pound mixed seafood (shrimp, squid, and fish)
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup sliced red onions
- 1 teaspoon Seychellois curry powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 pre-made pizza dough
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
- In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the mixed seafood, Seychellois curry powder, and garlic powder. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the seafood is cooked through. Set aside.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Spread the tomato sauce over the pizza dough, leaving a small border for the crust.
- Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese over the tomato sauce.
- Evenly distribute the cooked seafood, bell peppers, and red onions over the cheese.
- Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
- Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.
