Seychelles-style Seafood Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 pound mixed seafood (shrimp, squid, and fish)
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup sliced red onions
  • 1 teaspoon Seychellois curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 pre-made pizza dough

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the mixed seafood, Seychellois curry powder, and garlic powder. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the seafood is cooked through. Set aside.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  4. Spread the tomato sauce over the pizza dough, leaving a small border for the crust.
  5. Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese over the tomato sauce.
  6. Evenly distribute the cooked seafood, bell peppers, and red onions over the cheese.
  7. Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
  8. Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
