Seychellois Vegetable Stir-fry

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

- 1 cup carrots, julienned
- 1 cup cabbage, shredded
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce

Instructions

- In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and sugar.
- Pour the sauce over the stir-fried vegetables and toss to coat evenly.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
