Ingredients
- 4 fillets of white fish (such as cod or halibut)
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons tandoori masala
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Chopped fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, tandoori masala, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, ground cumin, ground coriander, turmeric, red chili powder, lemon juice, and salt to make the marinade.
- Coat the fish fillets with the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook the marinated fish fillets for 5-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and charred around the edges.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
