Ingredients
- 1 lb dried beef, thinly sliced
- 2 cups fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 2-3 green chilies, sliced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
- Chopped cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Soak the dried beef in warm water for 30 minutes to rehydrate. Drain and squeeze out excess water.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the rehydrated beef and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until browned.
- Add the sliced onions, garlic, ginger, and green chilies to the pan. Cook for another 5 minutes until the onions are translucent.
- Toss in the sliced mushrooms and continue to stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until they are tender.
- Drizzle soy sauce over the stir-fry and mix well. Season with salt to taste.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
