Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh mountain mushrooms, sliced
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
Instructions
- In a pot, bring the vegetable broth to a simmer over medium heat.
- Add the sliced mountain mushrooms and minced garlic to the pot. Let it simmer for 15 minutes.
- Stir in the soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, salt, and pepper. Let it simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
- Remove the pot from the heat and ladle the soup into serving bowls.
