Ingredients
- 1 cup jasmine rice
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced

- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions
- In a large pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil.
- Rinse the jasmine rice under cold water and add it to the boiling broth.
- Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the minced ginger and garlic to the congee and continue to simmer for another 15 minutes.
- Add the mixed seafood and cook for an additional 10 minutes, or until the seafood is fully cooked.
- Stir in the soy sauce, sesame oil, and season with salt and white pepper to taste.
- Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
