Ingredients
- 1 lb (450g) beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 3 tbsp black bean sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Shaoxing wine
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch (2.5cm) ginger, julienned
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Marinate the beef slices with soy sauce and Shaoxing wine for 15 minutes.
