Ingredients

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, marinate the beef slices with soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and cornstarch for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
