Ingredients
- 1 lb (450g) beef sirloin, thinly sliced

- 1/2 tsp cornstarch
- 1/4 cup (60ml) chicken broth
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, marinate the beef slices with soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and cornstarch for 15 minutes.
