Ingredients
- 2 lbs live crabs
- 2 inches ginger, sliced
- 3 green onions, cut into 2-inch pieces
- 1 tbsp Shaoxing wine
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Prepare the crabs by cleaning and removing the top shell.
- Place the ginger and green onions on a heatproof plate and put the crabs on top.
- Mix the Shaoxing wine, soy sauce, sugar, salt, and vegetable oil, then pour over the crabs.
- Steam the crabs over high heat for 12-15 minutes until they turn red.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
