Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 2-3 green chilies, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a wok over high heat.
  2. Add the beef slices and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove from the wok and set aside.
  3. Heat the remaining oil in the wok and add garlic, ginger, and green chilies. Stir-fry for 1 minute.
  4. Add the red bell pepper and continue stir-frying for another 2 minutes.
  5. Return the beef to the wok and add soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and beef broth. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the beef is cooked through.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
