Ingredients

  • 8 oz Shanghai-style noodles
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 cup snow peas
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp white pepper

Instructions

  1. Boil the noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
  3. Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
  4. Add the mushrooms, carrots, and snow peas, and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  5. Add the cooked noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and white pepper to the wok.
  6. Toss everything together and stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes.
