Ingredients
- 8 oz Shanghai-style noodles
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup sliced shiitake mushrooms
- 1 cup julienned carrots
- 1 cup snow peas
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp white pepper
Instructions
- Boil the noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
- Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
- Add the mushrooms, carrots, and snow peas, and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
