Ingredients

  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 star anise

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat some oil over medium heat. Add the chicken legs and brown them on all sides.
  2. Add the ginger, garlic, and green onions. Stir-fry for a minute.
  3. Pour in the soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and sugar. Stir to coat the chicken.
