Ingredients
- 500g pork ribs
- 400g firm tofu, cut into cubes
- 3 slices ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Shaoxing wine
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp five-spice powder
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the pork ribs and cook until browned on all sides.
- Add ginger, garlic, and green onions to the pot. Stir-fry for a minute until fragrant.
