Ingredients

  • 400g firm tofu, cut into cubes
  • 3 slices ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Shaoxing wine
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp five-spice powder
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the pork ribs and cook until browned on all sides.
  2. Add ginger, garlic, and green onions to the pot. Stir-fry for a minute until fragrant.
