Ingredients
- 1.5 kg pork ribs
- 3 slices ginger

- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp dark soy sauce

- 1 tbsp Shaoxing wine
- 1 star anise
- 1 stick cinnamon
- 3 cups water
Instructions
- Blanch the pork ribs in boiling water for 5 minutes, then rinse and drain.
- Heat some oil in a pot, add ginger and garlic, then stir-fry until fragrant.
- Add the pork ribs and stir-fry until browned.
- Pour in the soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, and Shaoxing wine. Stir well.
