Ingredients
- 8 lamb chops
- 1 teaspoon saffron threads
- 1 onion, finely chopped

- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a small bowl, soak the saffron threads in 2 tablespoons of warm water for 10 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped onion, minced garlic, cumin, paprika, turmeric, olive oil, and the soaked saffron threads with water. Mix well to create a marinade.
- Add the lamb chops to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
- Preheat a grill or stovetop grill pan over medium-high heat. Remove the lamb chops from the marinade and season with salt and pepper.
- Grill the lamb chops for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
- Once cooked, remove the lamb chops from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
