Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 pita bread or flatbreads

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the yogurt, garlic, olive oil, cumin, paprika, turmeric, cinnamon, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken slices to the marinade and coat them well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook for 6-8 minutes, or until fully cooked and slightly charred.
- Warm the pita bread or flatbreads. Place the cooked chicken, sliced tomatoes, cucumbers, and red onions on the bread. Drizzle with tahini sauce or garlic sauce.
- Roll up the bread to form a shawarma wrap and serve immediately.
