Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs, thinly sliced
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander

- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil

- 4 pita bread or flatbreads

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the sliced chicken, onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, cayenne, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well to coat the chicken evenly. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and onion mixture. Cook for 10-12 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the onions are caramelized.
- Warm the pita bread or flatbreads in a separate skillet or in the oven.
