Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the sliced chicken, onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, cayenne, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well to coat the chicken evenly. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.
