Ingredients
- 4 large bell peppers
- 1 pound ground lamb
- 1 onion, diced

Instructions

- Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes. Place the peppers in a baking dish and set aside.

- Spread the mashed potatoes over the top of each stuffed pepper, creating a smooth layer.
