Ingredients

  • 4 packs of Shin Ramyun noodles
  • 6 cups of water
  • 1 cup of sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup of spinach
  • 1/2 cup of sliced carrots
  • 1/2 cup of sliced green onions
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the water in a pot.
  2. Add the Shin Ramyun noodles and cook for 3 minutes.
  3. Add the mushrooms, spinach, carrots, and green onions. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  4. Crack the eggs into the pot and let them poach for 2 minutes.
  5. Stir in the seasoning packets from the Shin Ramyun noodles and sesame oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Divide the noodle soup into bowls and serve hot.
