Shin Noodle

Ingredients
- 4 packs of Shin Ramyun noodles
- 6 cups of water
- 1 cup of sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup of spinach
- 1/2 cup of sliced carrots
- 1/2 cup of sliced green onions
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil the water in a pot.
- Add the Shin Ramyun noodles and cook for 3 minutes.
- Add the mushrooms, spinach, carrots, and green onions. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Crack the eggs into the pot and let them poach for 2 minutes.
- Stir in the seasoning packets from the Shin Ramyun noodles and sesame oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Divide the noodle soup into bowls and serve hot.
