Ingredients

  • 8 oz halloumi cheese, cut into cubes
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 red onion, cut into wedges
  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • 8 button mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Thread the halloumi cheese, bell peppers, red onion, cherry tomatoes, and mushrooms onto the soaked skewers, alternating the ingredients.
