Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 large red onion, cut into chunks
- 1 large bell pepper, cut into chunks
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the olive oil, yogurt, minced garlic, paprika, cumin, cinnamon, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken cubes to the marinade, making sure they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Thread the marinated chicken, red onion, and bell pepper onto skewers, alternating the ingredients.
- Grill the kebabs for 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are charred at the edges.
- Remove the kebabs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
