Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs lamb, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 large red onion, cut into chunks
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the olive oil, yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Add the lamb cubes to the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  2. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Thread the marinated lamb, red onion, and bell peppers onto skewers.
  3. Grill the kebabs for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the lamb is cooked to your desired doneness and the vegetables are tender and slightly charred.
  4. Remove the kebabs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
