Ingredients

  • 1 lb lamb, cut into cubes

  • 1 bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp fresh mint, chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions
