  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Add the meat cubes to the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
