Ingredients
- 1 lb (450g) beef or lamb, cut into cubes
- 1 large onion, cut into chunks

- 1 green bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1/4 cup (60ml) olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
- Add the meat cubes to the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
