- 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 onion, cut into chunks
- 1 bell pepper, cut into chunks
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the yogurt, minced garlic, paprika, cumin, coriander, cinnamon, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
- Add the lamb cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated lamb cubes onto skewers, alternating with chunks of onion and bell pepper.
- Grill the kebabs for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the lamb is cooked to your desired level of doneness.
- Serve the Shish Taouk hot with rice, salad, or pita bread.
