Ingredients
- 1 lb lamb, cut into cubes
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 onion, cut into chunks
- 1 bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 4 skewers
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the yogurt, garlic, paprika, cumin, cayenne pepper, turmeric, salt, and pepper.
- Add the lamb cubes to the marinade and coat them well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated lamb, onion, and bell pepper onto the skewers.
- Grill the kebabs for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the lamb is cooked to your desired doneness.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
