Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, cumin, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
