Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 large onion, cut into chunks
  • 1 large bell pepper, cut into chunks

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together the yogurt, garlic, olive oil, tomato paste, lemon juice, paprika, cumin, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the chicken cubes to the marinade, making sure they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
