Ingredients

  • 1 cup red lentils, rinsed

  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 6 cups vegetable broth

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat some oil over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, and sauté until softened.
