Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh or frozen corn kernels
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, sauté the onion and garlic until softened.
