Ingredients
- 2 lbs beef chuck roast
- 1 onion, chopped

Instructions

- Place the seasoned beef in a large pot and add the chopped onion, minced garlic, and beef broth.

- Once the beef is cooked, shred it using two forks and mix it with the cooking juices in the pot.
- Warm the corn tortillas in a dry skillet or in the oven.
