Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 pound snow peas, trimmed
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
- Add the shrimp and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until pink and cooked through. Remove the shrimp from the wok and set aside.
- Heat the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in the wok.
- Add the garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the snow peas and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until crisp-tender.
- Return the shrimp to the wok, and add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes to combine and heat through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer to a serving dish and serve hot.
