Ingredients
- 500g shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 potatoes, boiled and mashed
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 green chilies, finely chopped
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the shrimp, mashed potatoes, onion, green chilies, ginger paste, garlic paste, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt.
- Shape the mixture into small cutlets.
- Dip each cutlet into the beaten eggs and then coat with bread crumbs.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the cutlets until golden brown on both sides.
- Remove the cutlets from the pan and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce or chutney.
