Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • 8 small tortillas
  • Shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and salsa for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, cornstarch, baking powder, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Add water to the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
  3. Stir in the chopped green onions, red bell pepper, cilantro, onion, and garlic.
