Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Gruyère cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the gratin is bubbly and golden brown.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
