Ingredients
- 1 lb yuca, peeled and grated
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 onion, finely chopped

- 1 bell pepper, diced

- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups vegetable oil for frying
- 8 small tortillas
Instructions
